Terms and conditions

These terms describe use of the Global Source website and the process for requesting international business-to-business sourcing quotations. They do not replace a written quotation or separately agreed order terms.
1. Marketplace and product information
Catalog listings, supplier images, demonstrations, descriptions, product estimates and suggested prices are provided for discovery. They may contain supplier-supplied information and can change. An item displayed online is not necessarily held in local stock. Product appearance, model, power specification, color, certification, accessories and compatibility should be confirmed before ordering.
2. Pre-orders and minimum quantities
Some products are sourced only after a confirmed order and may have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) or supplier packaging requirements. Orders may be subject to supplier availability, confirmed quantities and agreed payment milestones. Do not assume every item can be ordered individually.
3. Quotations and final prices
Displayed prices are preliminary unless explicitly confirmed in a written quotation. International freight, import duties and taxes, customs clearance, local transportation, handling and currency changes can affect the final payable amount. We will communicate the items and costs covered by each quotation. Please verify that a quote is current before authorizing payment.
4. Payments
Pay only to payment channels confirmed by SStore for your specific order. Do not rely on unsolicited account substitutions or third-party requests. The applicable payment schedule, proof of payment, currency conversion and receipt arrangements are determined in the order confirmation. A quotation request does not constitute an order or an obligation to pay.
5. Shipping and delivery
Import logistics and delivery depend on the confirmed shipping method, supplier dispatch, carrier availability, customs and destination. Unless specifically guaranteed in writing, estimated dates are planning estimates rather than delivery guarantees. International shipping fees are generally not included in basic product prices. 6. Inspection, warranty and returns
Before payment, ask which inspection, warranty, replacement and refund conditions apply to the specific product. Some imported, customized or supplier-made items may have different remedies. Report problems with evidence promptly through our private order conversation. The applicable order agreement and mandatory consumer protection rights, where relevant, take precedence over general guidance on this page.
7. Site accounts and acceptable use
You may browse without login. Account holders are responsible for protecting their credentials and for accurate enquiries. You must not submit fraudulent orders, abusive messages, malicious files, spam or identifying customer information in public comments. We may moderate posts and restrict misuse to protect customers and service reliability.
8. Product imagery, content and third parties
Product photographs and descriptions may be supplied by partners or sellers. Third-party content and links have their own terms. You must not infer supplier endorsement from the inclusion of a listing. Global Source does not guarantee that every supplier image reflects stock currently held by SStore.
9. Disputes and communication
When concerns arise, contact the sourcing team with the quote reference, evidence and requested remedy. We aim to review the facts and communicate a resolution path. These terms do not exclude non-waivable statutory rights that apply to a transaction.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms for future website use and will update the date shown here. Terms already agreed in a confirmed quotation are not silently replaced by a later website edit. Contact SStore with questions before ordering.
