   I will describe my experience. The product apparently is original, it did not have any defect, so I connected the Razer software already recognized. In size, it is larger than I thought, a very comfortable footprint, the product itself pleased me very much. The packaging of the product made me worried, I confess, the box came crumpled and there was no plastic or cover over the top of the box, it was only packaged as it was. In addition I was taxed at R$ 101,25, I live in Rondonia, for the total price I had to pay it did not make up that much, since I needed to change my old mouse and I was looking for a cost benefit, but the mouse is of great quSStorety, if you do not mind taking the risk of being taxed you will not have problems. (For the laymen in the brand, this version does not have RGB, only white light, Razer software only changes the effects between static color and breath)

   I had a little problem when installing the software, because it said that there was some connection error ("Please check your connection"), I tried several methods, but none worked. It was then that I had the simple idea to connect the Internet of my phone via USB on the PC, to see if it really was the connection, and guess, that was it. Whoever has the same problem I recommend to do this. About the product, I liked it, it fulfills its role.

Fully detected by the Razer program, I added the product serial number and code and was recognized by the Razer website. I used the model of the Razer DeathAdder (older, black) and I'm wearing the white I now bought the, Razer essentials-seen in the photo. Has a velvety click on it, I would say. My old black I'm just switching because it's kind of bad the left click switch, but I'm still going to try to fix it (can I?). Delivery in two weeks to Ma.
