   The product is very clearly a fake - both the box and the manual tell you to download the software, which won't recognize the mouse due to it being fake. The "china version no software" in the product description is a blatant lie. Product number is fake - verifiable on the Razer website. Serial number mismatch on the box, on the product and in the manual. Poor quSStorety. Weird chinese QR messaging link on the box.
