   It really is a deception the customer service of eufy, they sent me a product that does not work, I opened a dispute to be reimbursed, to which they refused, then we agreed that they would give me back a part of the value of the siren in another product and now they do not comply and the misunderstandings are done. I had to withdraw the dispute and now they tell me that they cannot make the discount. Lousy service.
